Designing “Lifestyle Experiences.” We are seeking colleagues to help 青山スタイル.
町田ひろ子 Since 町田ひろ子 founding, 町田ひろ子 has operated under the philosophy that “Lifestyle Comes First,” creating spaces that cater to increasingly diverse lifestyles.
Leveraging our unique structure—which combines the functions of a Class 1 Architectural Firm and an educational institution—we have handled over 500 projects to date. In Aoyama and Omotesando, under the theme of “Smart and Beautiful Disaster Preparedness,” we plan and design model homes that incorporate safety and security right into the interior design.
This gave rise to our design philosophy, “AOYAMASTYLE.” 青山スタイル centers on interior renovation—redefining spaces through the power of design rather than “tear-down and rebuild”—and places great importance on creating spaces that enhance the value of daily life.

From residential to commercial spaces—including offices, hotels, retail stores, and model homes—you will be involved in a wide range of projects, working to create spaces centered on “lifestyle” and “experience.”
■ Job Description
This position involves leveraging your architectural license and CAD skills to take on responsibilities across the entire process, from planning and design to on-site coordination.

Interior Planning and Design Proposals
CAD-Based Drawing Creation (Floor Plans, Development Drawings, Detail Drawings, etc.)
Perspective Rendering and Presentation Material Creation
Site Inspections and Coordination with Contractors
Project Management and Collaboration with Internal Team Members

Eligibility Requirements
MUST
・Architectural license (Class 2 or higher), practical experience creating drawings using CAD, basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
*We place more emphasis on the types of drawings you have created (with at least one year of experience) than on technical skills. We are seeking candidates with experience in non-residential design drawings (including architectural renderings, detailed design drawings, and construction drawings) who understand how elements fit together.
WANT
・Graduates of 町田ひろ子, or those who share our philosophy
・Experience in on-site management and coordinating with construction companies (especially architects)
・Experience using Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
・Ability to communicate in English or Chinese (may involve working on overseas projects or dealing with foreign clients)

Salary
Estimated Annual Salary: 4.2 million to 5.3 million yen
Monthly Salary: 350,000 to 444,000 yen
Base Salary: 302,000 to 384,000 yen
Includes a fixed overtime allowance of 48,000 to 60,000 yen per month
Includes a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 45 hours per month (additional overtime will be paid)
